VACANT PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
We have provided vacant property inspection services for 25 years, including properties with over 1 million square feet in Brooklyn, NY, and we currently provide these services at a dozen properties in the Twin Cities.
We provide thorough inspections and provide immediate results to the property owner or manager.
The following are real issues we found and photos we took:
One house ran out of propane in December 2024. The outside temperature went down to -10 overnight. Within 24 hours the temperature inside the house had dipped to 32-degrees, as seen in this photo.
The freezing temperature in the house resulted in some pipes freezing. But the issue was caught before there was extensive damage in the house.
We discovered this leaky faucet in another property.
And we found this sink that didn't drain properly.
We found this ceiling damage, coming from a plugged and leaking HVAC unit in the utility room above.
It not only damaged the ceiling, but left a significant amount of water on the floor below.
The mag lock "securing" this door was not fully engaging due to condensation freezing on the door.
We found this window shattered, likely due to a rock ejected from the lawn mower being used by the grounds maintenance company.
We noticed and cleaned this sticky residue on the floor, but only discovered where it was coming from when it reoccurred during a heavy rainstorm.
This was the origin. A roof leak that was dripping off of an HVAC duct.
We discovered this leak during another rainstorm.
Which was coming from this area of the ceiling/roof.
We have reported multiple trespassers and have politely informed them they are on private property and must leave immediately.
